Nishikawa Takanori is a support ambassador for “Shoji Kawamori EXPO”

It was announced that Nishikawa Takanori (known to many as TM Revolution) has become the support ambassador for the Shoji Kawamori EXPO to be held at Tokyo Dome City’s Gallery AaMo from May 31 to June 23rd.

Kawamori Shoji is no doubt a legend in the animation industry, with his work on “Macross”, “Aquarion”, to name a few, and with his 40th anniversary coming up, a special event titled Shoji Kawamori EXPO to celebrate his illustrious career.

The exhibition will feature the work of Kawamori as a director, scriptwriter, artist, mecha designs and more.

Over a hundred design drawings and pictures by Kawamori will be featured including the context, idea notes and more will be featured.

Also, Kawamori’s view of the world will be expressed in a new original creative video.

Goods featuring the various works of Kawamori will be sold, including limited sale items.

Nishikawa said of being support ambassador, “As supporting ambassador, I hope I can attract people to Kawamaori’s works which is loved by many people in Japan and all over the world”.
