SKE48’s Furuhata Nao is selected as the center for SKE48’s 25th single

A special SKE48 SHOWROOM event titled “SKE48 Kara Sonanni Judai Jyanai Happy o Ikutsu ka Surunode minakute mo daijobu desu SP” took place on May 27th at 8:00 p.m.

With SKE48’s 25th single (title to be announced at a later time) member selection decided, the center and selected members were announced.

It was announced that Furuhata Nao would be the next center and announced to be part of the upcoming single is Matsumoto Chikako, Inoue Ruka, Nojima Kano and Asai Yuuka.

Furuhata said, “It was my dream to become a center since I entered SKE48 and I am happy that my dream came true. I would not be in this position if there were no fans. The staff and members also supported me, so I think strongly what it means to be chosen center and will express myself and do show my colors that I usually am unable to show. I’m very happy!”.

Matsumoto, Nojima, Asai and Inoue also expressed how it was a dream come true for them to become part of the selection for a summer single.
