20-year-old male who had survived the Kyoto Animation Arson has died from his injuries, total of number of deaths increases to 35

Kyoto Prefectural Police announced on July 27th that a male who had been receiving treatment at a hospital has died.

The 20-year-old male was able to escape from the building but he suffered burns all over his body.

This now increases the total number of deaths of the Kyoto Animation arson up to 35.  33 suffered serious injuries, 10 of the victims are still hospitalized.
