TERRACE HOUSE TOKYO 2019-2020 – Episode 19 spoiler – “The Stray Sheep”

“TERRACE HOUSE TOKYO 2019-2020” episode 19 titled “The Stray Sheep” has aired and a lot of fascinating things were happening in this episode.

Last week’s episode featured the introduction of Yokohama B-Corsairs basketball player named Tawatari Ryo and his goal to make it to the Olympics.

And you could tell how he is getting frustrated with how dirty the Terrace House is, from the dirty bathroom to the mounds of dirty dishes in the sink.

Fortunately, he and Emika go out as she purchased tickets to a Yomiuri Giants vs. Yokohama Baystars game and the two went out to a restaurant.

And the two enjoyed their date. But what about Pepe?

Meanwhile, Haruka decided to ask Pepe out to do some “Pokemon Go” and eat dinner at an Italian restaurant. And sure enough the two had fun.

For both dates, there are sparks.

But interesting is when Emika is out with her friends, she didn’t talk about Ryo, but she talked about having fun with Pepe, going so far to show photos of Pepe’s modeling photos to her friends.

Haruka invites Pepe to a drag race but somehow forgets that she will be busy and things don’t work out. But her nature, has no doubt irritated the hosts of the show.

If anything, will these two get closer? It seems there are romance possibilities, even some drama…we’ll see.

Personally, while it would be great to see some sparks, both new guys are committed to their work. Pepe with his manga series and Ryo in making the Olympics. So, I don’t know if these guys can give in a relationship when they are both trying to have their own big break that they work so hard to get there.

As for Kaori, it was interesting to see how she saw Pepe as a rival, because they had similar work, but she said she likes the positive vibe he brought to the house.

But the surprising ending was when Kaori tells the group that she rented a place in London for six months and is leaving the Terrace House, leaving Haruka in tears.

So, it made me wonder why the official Terrace House FB page hasn’t changed, it’s because too many people are leaving and new people coming in.

But I think it’s great to see what new vibe will be coming in next week’s episode.
