Kiritani Kenta – “It’s my first major role in a drama, I’d be glad if you could watch it”

The new TV Asahi drama “Keiji to Kenji Shokatsu to Chiken no 24-ji” starring Kiritani Kenta and Higashide Masahiro has taken a hit in the ratings, a lot of it is due to the affair of Higashide Masahiro.

Fans of actor Kiritani Kenta have posted on SNS that they would watch the drama to support Kiritani.

Kiritani took part in a Kirin event “Umasa o Todoke! Nodogoshi <nama> Shinshun Matsuri” held in Tokyo on January 29th.

Kiritani was asked about Higashide and the actor said, “What I can say right now is we all work together as one unit and the staff and cast create the best work together.  I think it’s a very interesting drama work, so I would appreciate it if you could watch it.  It’s my first major role in a drama, so I’d be glad if you could watch it”.
