Snow Man apologizes for leader Iwamoto Hikaru’s actions, will perform on CDTV special without him

Snow Man leader Iwamoto Hikaru is currently not participating in any entertainment activities after the tabloid FRIDAY was able to attain a video of Iwamoto at a Love Hotel with women who happened to be minors.

According to one of the women, back in November 2017, a friend contacted her that a party was being held by a Johnny’s Jr. at midnight in a love hotel in Shibuya.

According to the girl, there were five girls, she was a minor, while the others were former idols and former salon models along with five guys.

According to FRIDAY, all five rooms on the first floor of the love hotel were reserved.  Five men paid half of the fee, while the girls/women had to pay Y7000 each.

Members have apologized for Iwamoto’s actions and it was announced the group minus Iwamoto will be performing live on the “CDTV Live! Live!” 4 hour special.

Fukasawa Tatsuya of Snow Man apologized on behalf of the group.

It’s important to note that Johnny’s acknowledged that he attended a drinking party at a love hotel and it was inappropriate behavior as a talent belonging to Johnny’s Jimusho.  And wrote, “In order to encourage deeper reflection, Iwamoto will refrain from performing for a certain period of time”.
