Kawaguchi Haruna posted on Instagram of a frustration that she has towards people not following the rules during the emergency declaration set forth by Prime Minister Abe and Tokyo Governor Koike Yuriko.
Kawaguchi writes, “The weather is nice but I really can’t stand going out. I only go to walk the dog, to go to the hospital or shopping at the supermarket. It was disappointing that there are people in the cafe who are having lunch out in the rain. I wonder why. What I can do right now is to keep a distance from people. Now is the time to endure and do my best”.
