Because more and more entertainers in Japan are testing positive for the novel coronavirus, instead of creating a news post of each entertainer that turned positive, we’ll just create one post a day featuring entertainers who have tested positive.
Baba Fumika (25) has tested positive for the novel coronavirus (25).
Her agency announced it on their website on August 13th. Baba had fever symptoms and stayed home on the night of August 12th and was treated at home. The following day, her temperature was taken and it was normal but just in case, she visited a medical institution in the afternoon to perform an antigen test and a PCR test.
The antigen test was positive and she is currently receiving treatment at home and following the guidelines as set by the public health center.
As for contact, she had contact with someone at agency and a PCR test was conducted on that individual and the result was negative.
Comedian Shoji Tomoharu (44) and husband to former Morning Musume member, Fujimoto Miki, has tested positive for the coronavirus.
Fujimoto Miki wrote on her blog that she and the kids do not have any symptoms but will follow guidelines of their public health center.
Shoji complained of poor physical condition and dizziness on Wednesday, August 12th and as a result of having undergone a PCR test on Thursday, August 13th, his result was positive.
Shoji is quarantining at home following the instructions of the public health center and medical institutions and is grateful for the support.
