SuperGroupies to refund those who were disappointed with their “Meitantei Conan” Snow Globes

This month, the “Meitantei Conan” (Detective Conan) x SuperGroupies snow globes were released and there were quite a few problems with delays of delivery, problems with the paints on the figures and scratches on the snow globes.

In a statement released by SuperGroupies, the company has received so many letters of disappointment that they did not meet expectations and the company wants to make things right with their customers.  While they can not exchange the product they will do a return and refund the full amount of payment.

Users paid Y10,000 (almost $100 USD) per snowglobe and posted on Twitter of their disappointment:

・塗装、造形のクオリティがひどい
・最初からドームが傷だらけ
・横を向いて顔が見えない
・最初からぶっ壊れてる
・毛が入っている
