“Kamen Rider BLACK” to receive a reboot in the spring of 2022, will be titled “Kamen Rider BLACK SUN”

Back in 1987, “Kamen Rider BLACK” became the eight installment of the popular “Kamen Rider” series.

What made this series so different from previous “Kamen Rider” series is that it had a dramatic storyline and featured a tragic relationship between the protagonist and antagonist.

The series was no doubt one of the most popular from the Showa era and to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Kamen Rider series, “Kamen Rider BLACK” will be rebooted with “Kamen Rider BLACK SUN” set for spring of 2022 and will be directed by Shiraishi Kazuya.
