On May 5th, female idol group, Shiritsu Ebisu Chugaku, performed a live performance to commemorate their 9th anniversary of their major debut (two performances during the day and night) and three new members were unveiled at the night performance.
The announcement was the first in 7 years as 7,000 applicants participated in the new member audition. Sakuragi Kokona (15) from Ibaraki Prefecture, Kokubo Yuno from Aichi Prefecture (14) and Kazami Nonoka (13) from Tokyo were announced.
The live was changed from audience to no audience on April 28th due to the announcement of the State of Emergency.
