Leaked “ViVi” article cover announced that Miyawaki Sakura is graduating from HKT48?

A lot of rumors are running rampant on IZ*ONE member Miyawaki Sakura, who is set to return to the idol group HKT48. With her radio show airing a day ago, Sakura said she would be making an announcement.

Many fans speculated that both she and Yabuki Nako would be appearing at an HKT48 member event on May 15th for the first time in two and a half years.

But an upcoming article featuring Miyawaki Sakura for “ViVi” which is set to be released on May 21st appeared on the Twitter account for HMV (but it has been since deleted).

The article reads: “Miyawaki Sakura, who returned to HKT48 after completing her IZ*ONE promotions, and recently announced her graduation.”

The image was also on Amazon and 7net but all images have since been deleted.

Comments on SNS are as follows:

I was prepared, but I didn’t want to know it in this way. I wanted to hear it from the person’s mouth.

It’s too painful to leak this out and know it was done before Sakura’s official announcement is released.

I didn’t think she would bother returning to HKT48, which is lower place now than it was when she left.

We’ll have to wait for Sakura’s official announcement, as rumors of her joining a new KPOP girl group for Hybe Corporation (which represents popular group BTS) is still ongoing.
