“EDENS ZERO” anime series director, Suzuki Yuji has passed away

It was announced on the official “EDENS ZERO” website that Suzuki Yuji, director of the TV anime series “EDENS ZERO” passed away on September 9th.

The work reached its final episode on this day and according to the statement, all the staff an those involved in creating the anime series are still in shock and in deep sorrow.

“EDENS ZERO” is an anime adaptation of Mashima Hiro’s manga series which is serialized in “Weekly Shonen Magazine” (Kodansha) since June 2018.

The anime series began broadcasting in April 2021.
