You know it’s almost Halloween time when you see people dressing up in Shibuya.

It doesn’t matter if October 31st is weeks away, there are those in Japan who will show off their costumes early. In this case, someone dressed like Rockman (Megaman) at Shibuya Scramble.

The person dressed up as Rockman turns out to be a YouTuber named Sugimoto Rock:
