Momoiro Clover Z’s Tamai Shiori injures right index finger during the recording of “Paravi”

Tamai Shiori of the idol group Momoiro Clover Z, suffered an injury of her right index finger during a recording for the paid video distribution service, “Paravi”.

Tamai was learning to do a tire replacement at a maintenance shop near the Kanto region at 2:30 p.m. on the 11th and while removing the tire, her joint was pinched between the tire, a ligament was torn and she was taken to the emergency room. She will be unavailable for a month.

Premium Platform Japan which operates “Paravi” issued the following statement, “We have endeavored to have a thorough system from the preparation stage to the response at the time of recording, but we deeply regret that an accident occurred as a result, and all the people concerned said feel we should be thoroughly aware of safety. We will do our best to prevent a recurrence. We would like to express our deepest sympathies to Tamai Shiori and hope for a quick recovery”.

Tamai issued the following statement, “I’m sorry for all the worries. I was upset by the sudden injury, but I’m now calm with proper treatment. I believe in the healing power of human beings, and I take a lot of nutrition to heal quickly, so while I am worried, please wait for me. Please be careful”.
