PES has withdrawn from RIP SLYME, issues statement of why he left the group

RIP SLYME – PES is the third person standing from the left

PES, a member of the hip hop group RIP SLYME has withdrawn from the group. RIP SLYME is currently inactive and many fans wanted them to resume activities with all five people. But PES has alluded on Instagram and Twitter that a “reunion would be difficult”.

According to the official website, since September 2017, PES decided that it would be difficult to continue to working as a member of RIP SLYME for various reasons and so he left the office and the group.

PES released the following statement titled “About RIP SLYME InstaLive”:

This is PES point of view about the events of the Insta Live on October 8, 2021.  I will explain the circumstances and my withdrawal from RIP SLYME.

In September 2017, I decided that it would be difficult to continue working as a member of RIP SLYME for various reasons, so I quit the office and group. I’ve been looking for opportunities to tell everyone, but I don’t know if it’s a complicated story or if I’m in a position to discuss it due to various events, and I don’t want to get involved with them. It’s been awhile. I’m sorry for the report in this way. On top of that, although I haven’t revealed any specific troubles, it suggests that the members still have some stubbornness. Since then, three of them have broken hearts so many times that I can’t even imagine standing on the same stage again.

Why did you make a request to Instagram?
Every time they made a move to discuss the activity of five people, I get a lot of negative thoughts. From the fans, It often hurt me even if I thought I answered the questions clearly.  And every time they did something, I was frightened that the fans who heard the story without knowing, might ask another question.
Meanwhile, I had a bad feeling when I heard that the three of them started Insta Live. Checking the net, I was trying to call another former member, and made a direct request.  I should have told them that I didn’t want them to talk about me before, but why do I have repeat myself?

I wanted to actually talk about it to a certain degree and how I perceive it.
I felt it was very dangerous for things to go on and my moral responsibility arised.  I wanted to share material that would allow the viewers to choose an opinion by approaching the public. So, I made this move. I’ve been trying to create an opportunity to talk to my acquaintances, but there was no reaction. I think that is their last answer to me.

In this way, after being taken care of by countless numbers of their offices and staff, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Back on October 8th, members ILMARI, RYO-Z and DJ FUMIYA have been posting on Instagram and streamed together as PES and called out an ex-member.  PES requested to participate in the Instalive but he was refused.  When RYO-Z posted an image of his YouTube channel and wrote, “The second party is about to begin”, PES responded, “Do you think you can escape with that?”.

Needless to say, there appeared to be a lot of tension between members these past few years and it would appear a chance of reuniting won’t happen anytime soon.
