Tomosaka Rie revealed on Instagram that she is suffering from menopause at age 42.

Tomosaka writes, “I have been suffering from mysterious hot flashes since last summer. Isn’t it early for menopause? Some people said, but when I consulted with a gynecologist, he said, ‘Yeah, it’s menopause’. There are individual differences in this, and I think that the timing and content of symptoms differ from person to person, but I’m not sad to say that I’m in the menopause, and I don’t think it’s something special in itself. .. That you have entered such a life stage. However, I want to reduce hot flashes and feelings of depression if possible. I want to make an effort to make myself feel good, and I think that this will eventually lead to the happiness of people close to me, so I’m trying this and that, but I think the power of the scent is amazing”.

The photo features Tomosaka using Woman Rhythm endear oils which she uses before she goes to bed, rubbing it on her face, her neck and the back of her ears when she notices her heart going into despair.
