Tomosaka Rie had to go to the hospital

Actress Tomosaka Rie (41) updated her blog and how she felt ill and had to go to the hospital.

Tomosaka Rie made headlines last week that she would be appearing in a 9 p.m. drama for the first time in 11 years for the Fuji TV drama “Inspector Asagao”.

Tomosaka was one of Japan’s top actresses in the ’90s, often ranking at #1 in the polls from her appearances in dramas such as “Kindaichi Shonen no Jikemo”, “Atarashii Kaze”, “Ojousama Meitantei”, “Joshiana”, “FIVE” and many more.

According to her blog, Tomosaka revealed, “Around this time, I think it’s difficult to do a serial drama.  I have been experiencing a mysterious feeling of fatigue and feel a little sick.  The staff and the cast are supportive and the site is very comfortable, so I felt maybe it’s just me. I thought it was mental, so I went to the hospital and I usually have good balance but lately it’s been off”.
