Little Glee Monster’s Serina and manaka graduate from the group

Little Glee Monster members Serina (24) and manaka (21) who have been resting, have officially graduated from the group on the 24th.

It was revealed on July 15th that their activities will be terminated and it was announced on the official website.  Currently, Karen (24), MAYU (22) and Asahi are touring the country.

The statement is as follows, “Serina and manaka offered to leave Little Glee Monster and take on the challenge of new musical activities. As a result of many discussions among the members, Serina and manaka’s intentions were announced. We respected and came to the conclusion that they will graduate from Little Glee Monster. We will give priority to their physical condition and support the future music activities that Serina and manaka are aiming for”.

Serina released the following statement, “I’m really sorry for the sudden announcement. Above all, I’m full of regrets that I couldn’t respond to the feelings of everyone who was looking forward to my return. But I never will stop singing and expressing. I want to give back to everyone who likes me again. I want you to find it again. I want to see you again”.

manaka released the following statement, “I’m graduating from Little Glee Monster. I’m determined to take a rest, stop, and continue thinking about music for myself, and I’ve arrived to that decision. From now on, I’d like to face music more deeply.  Currently, I am recovering from early treatment and rest, but now I will do my best to meet you all over a little more time without overdoing it”.

Serina has been resting since December 2020 due to poor physical condition. At the end of May last year, Serina was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder and ADHD.   In March, manaka was diagnosed with sudden deafness and suspended activities.
