Yamamoto Sayaka resumes activities

Yamamoto Sayaka is back!

The singer and former NMB48 member had suspended entertainment activities since November 2021 due to poor physical condition caused by thyroid disease.

On July 14, 2022, which was Sayaka’s 29th birthday, she reported that it was in remission and the thyroid disease that she has been treating since last year, there have been no abnormalities in tests and that she will resume work and social media while facing at her own pace.

It was announced that on August 15th, Sayaka will perform a live broadcast live as a comeback stage for the first time in nine months. She released a selfie-shot at the music studio saying it was a rehearsal for a live broadcast.

Sayaka wrote, “It’s been a long time since I sang a lot and my throat was sore, but I was happy and it was fun. I am writing about my enthusiasm for the live.
