Former AKB48 member Oshima Yuko (34) and Hayashi Kento (32) announced the birth of their first child through the Ota Production official website on the 5th.

On the official website of Ota Production, which Oshima belongs to, the two released a joint statement and said, “Happy New Year. This time, we have our first child. We are very happy to be able to report to everyone. Both mother and child are healthy, and the whole family was able to welcome the New Year. I am full of gratitude to all the people involved and those who have taken care of me. I sincerely hope that peace will come soon and that people around the world and young lives will be able to walk in a healthy future”.

The two developed a relationship after co-starring in the NHK serial TV drama “Scarlet” (2019-2020), and announced their marriage on July 29, 2021. Oshima announced her pregnancy in August of last year.
