Former AKB48 member Oshima Yuko (31) announced on her website that she is pregnant with her first child.

Last July, Oshima and actor Hayashi Kento (31) got married.

In the statement by Oshima Yuko’s agency, it is as follows, “As has already been reported in some media, we would like to inform you that our talent Oshima Yuko is pregnant with her first child. Currently, she is in a stable period, and both mother and child are doing well. Regarding future work, she will work according to her physical condition”.

Oshima also announced a comment, “Although a personal matter, at this time, I would like to report that I have been blessed with my first child. With the joy of welcoming a new life into my family, I am spending my days cherishing my hopes for a safe birth. From now on, I would be happy if you could watch over me warmly. Thank you for your continued support”.
