NTV News had an interview with Osaki Ichika (22), an actress who appeared on the super sentai series “Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger” back in 2019. Osaki from the entertainment office Oscar Promotion.

Here is an excerpt of that interview of Osaki’s 2022 and her wish for 2023.

What kind of year was 2022?

In 2022, I was able to participate in various movies and dramas, and I think that it was a year where I was able to make connections with the directors and staff.

How do you spend New Year’s Eve?

During the year-end and New Year holidays, when I can spend time with my family, I eat crabs. I’m not very good at osechi (New Year’s foods, typically featured as a jubako, special bento boxes), so I eat crab instead of osechi. I ask for don and eat it in a pot or grilled.

What is the kanji that would define your 2022? Anime has helped me a lot in this year, so I’ll call it “ga (e)” (which means “picture”). I watched the “ONE PIECE” anime from episode 1, all episodes. I once watched it for 13-14 hours straight in a day.

What kind of year do you want to make in 2023?

I hope I can spend more time working than in 2022. I want to do a lot of acting, and for the time being, I think it would be nice if the time I spent working was longer than my private life.

Which role would you like to try?

Regardless of what role I play, I would be happy if I could play it, and I would be happy if I could appear in many movies. It’s a wish, but I want to be blonde. I can’t go blonde if I don’t have a role, so if I have a role that makes me blonde, I’d be very happy in my private life.
