The “Ganbare! Nippon no Idol” project is based on the concept of once again strengthening and expanding the power of “Made in Japan” entertainment and content. For the purpose of cheering up the whole, we will form an official rival group of “Nogizaka46” as the first artist of the project.

When forming a new group, it was communicated for the desire to form a rival group of “Nogizaka46” of Sony Music Entertainment.

Also, like Nogizaka46, which was born as an official rival of “AKB48”, the producer of both groups with the aim of chasing a big back and becoming an existence that will liven up Japanese idol culture.

Yasushi Akimoto, AEI, and Ligareaz Management will jointly produce it for its debut in the summer of 2023. In addition, Avex will start recruiting members of the official rival group from February 1, 2023 (Wednesday), and through large-scale nationwide auditions, they will discover the idol gemstones that will lead the next generation.
