ARASHI’s Sakurai Sho is now a father, announcement of the birth of his first child

ARASHI’s Sakurai Sho (41) announced on the 15th through his Johnny’s office that his first child was born.

Sakurai announced in his statement, “At this time, our first child was born. I’m about to renew my thoughts that I have to face a small life that fits in my arms”.

Married to a woman of the same age in September 2021, Sakurai’s wife gave birth at a hospital in Tokyo, and both mother and child are said to be in good health. Details such as the gender of the child, the date and time of the birth, and whether Sakurai was present have not been disclosed.

In Arashi, he is the third father following Ninomiya Kazunari (39) and Aiba Masaki (40) who announced their marriage at the same time as Sakurai in September 21.

Aiba announced the birth of her first child, a boy, in October of last year, and Ninomiya announced the birth of his second child, a girl, in November of last year.

Sakurai joined this time, and the three became fathers of children in the same grade.
