Popular YouTube couple of "Ataro Channel" announced they have broken up

Taro Shacho (24) and A_thin (23), a popular YouTube couple with their channel “Ataro Channel” have posted a video that they have broken up.

“It’s not that I’ve cooled down, but that I’ve been carrying stress in my daily life, and even though I love it, I can’t notice a little happiness. I want time alone. It made me think,” Taro explained.

Taro Shacho was diagnosed with depression around the summer of 2022, and A_thin also revealed that she had symptoms of “depression”, saying, “We are a dangerous couple, I think we can’t stay like this”.

The two posted on Twitter saying their goodbye’s to one another:

Taro wrote, “This time, I decided to say goodbye to my girlfriend, A_thin. I apologize for the delay in reporting to everyone who supported me. I talked about how we broke up and the future on YouTube. Now we are walking our own paths while wishing each other’s happiness first. I was really happy”.

この度、彼女だったあーてぃんとお別れすることになりました。
応援してくださってた皆様に報告が遅れたこと申し訳ありません。
別れた経緯やこれからについてはYouTubeの方で喋らせてもらいました。

今はお互いがお互いの幸せを1番に願いながらもそれぞれの道を歩んでいます。
本当に幸せでした。
