KEIKO from the music unit “globe” appeared at an OBS Oita Broadcasting event held in front of JR Oita Station on the 24th.

This was the first time in more than ten years that he had appeared at an event, and the many fans who packed the venue cheered loudly.

KEIKO from globe and fellow member Mark Panther appeared at the OBS 70th Anniversary Thanksgiving “Fun+Peak!” held at JR Oita Station Square. When the two took the stage, the fans at the venue cheered loudly and waved in response.

It’s been more than ten years since KEIKO appeared at a live concert or an event other than the fan club.

KEIKO said, “I’m nervous about being on stage for the first time in a while. It’s been over 15 years, maybe even more. How are you all doing?”

Co-star Marc Panther said, “I’ve been appearing on the radio dreaming that something like this would happen. However, my dream is coming true”.

Furthermore, in response to the question “How do you usually spend your time?” asked by the host and announcer Shigawa Hiroto, KEIKO joked, “I can’t say much (lol)  `I’ve been watching comedy shows, staying in Beppu, and playing golf”.

This event was publicly broadcast live on radio, and the two members of Globe gave a lighthearted talk and also made jokes that drew laughter from the audience.

KEIKO has been receiving medical treatment since being rushed to the emergency room for subarachnoid hemorrhage in October 2011.  She is formerly married to globe member/music producer, Komuro Tetsuya (TK).
