A handwritten comment from the author of the manga “Jujutsu Kaisen”, Akutami Gege, was held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba on the 16th.

It was hinted during the “Jump Festa 2024” stage event, that the story would conclude in 2024, saying, “This is probably the last Jump Festa where ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’ is being serialized”. This announcement elicited surprised voices from the audience, saying, “Eh!?”.

In addition, it was announced that the cumulative circulation of the series will exceed 90 million copies (including digital) with the 25th volume of the comics to be released on January 4, 2024.

Furthermore, at the stage event, it was announced that the “Akutami Gege ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’ Exhibition” will be held at Shibuya Hikarie in the summer of 2024, and the exhibition will be held in Shibuya, an important location in the story of the work.

“Jujutsu Kaisen” began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump since March 2018.
