LE SSERAFIM ranked first in annual sales for newcomers, making them the first female group in 20 years to exceed 2 billion yen

“56th Oricon Annual Ranking 2023″ summarizes the annual music software sales trends for 2023. “Artist sales category” to announce the new artist with the highest total sales amount of music software (single, album, digital single (single song), digital album, streaming, music DVD/Blu-ray Disc’s “Rookie Ranking” was announced on the 5th, and LE SSERAFIM, which recorded sales of 2.12 billion yen during the period, took first place.

The breakdown of sales during the period was 1.04 billion yen (49%) from streaming, 650 million yen (31%) from singles, 390 million yen (18%) from albums, and 40 million yen (2%) from downloads.
