Thousands of gamers say their goodbye and thank you for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U online play service which ended on April 9th

Nintendo has ended its online play service for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U software at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, April 9th. And many took to social media to show their gratitude to Nintendo for the online play service for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U.

One user named Burashi wrote, “I’ve been playing a lot of games for a long time, and I’ve been able to connect with a lot of people through online play. Thank you so much for the countless memories!!”.

Laika wrote, “Splatoon 1 was fun, and now that I think about it, Splatoon has opened up a lot of connections for me… It’s thanks to Splatoon that I’m not alone now, thank you very much!”.

Park wrote, “Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to play a lot of games and connect with a lot of people through online play.
Thank you so much for the countless memories!!”
