Nakamori Akina returns for her first live performance in 6.5 years

It was announced on the 15th that singer Nakamori Akina (58) will hold a concert for members of her fan club “ALDEA” on July 13th, her 59th birthday.

Her agency disclosed to Sankei Sports, “At this stage, we are planning an event for the fan club on July 13th. As for the details, we will only provide information to fan club members in the future”.

This will be Akina’s first live performance in six and a half years, since a dinner show in December 2017.

Akina had been on hiatus since 2018, but in August 2022 she launched her own private agency and announced her restart. She opened her official YouTube channel last December and numerous videos have received millions of views.
