It was announced on the 23rd that singer Kyary Pamyu Pamyu is pregnant with her first child. The announcement was made on the official website of her agency and on her own SNS.

The agency announced on the official website, “We would like to announce that Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, who belongs to our company, has been given a new life.We appreciate the understanding and cooperation of everyone involved. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude that both mother and child are in good health. We will continue to work carefully, putting the mental and physical health of the child first”.

Kyary also posted on her SNS, “Hello My Baby, I have a baby in my belly. I’m looking forward to the day we can meet”.

Kyary announced in March last year that she married actor Hayama Yoshiyuki. The two jointly announced, “We will continue to put even more effort into our work while supporting each other.We look forward to your continued guidance and encouragement in the future”.
