Utada Hikaru has written the lyrics for the theme song of “Kingdom Hearts III”. A Japanese and English version for “Chikai” (Vow) has been written and in English, the song would be known as “DO NOT THINK TWICE”.
And the music can be heard in a Japanese/English trailer released on YouTube.
This is the third song for the series as Utada Hikaru in the past has written “Hikari” (known in the English as “Simple and Clean”) and “Passion” (the English name of the song was “Sanctuary”). For “The Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue”, “Hikari/Simple and Clean” received a “Ray of Hop MIX” remixed by DJ Punpee.
The “Kingdom Hearts” series has done very well worldwide, shipping and selling over 24 million.
