Utada Hikaru digital single “Too Proud” features three up-and-coming rappers from China, Vietnam and Korea

On November 6th, Utada Hikaru released a digital single titled “Too Proud featuring XZT, Suboi, EK (L1 Remix)”.

The digital single features three up-and-coming rappers, XZT from China, Suboi from Vietnam and EK from Korea.  The L1 Remix refers to Language 1, which is each rapper participating in the single and performing in their native language.

The song is a remix of the song “Too Proud feat. Jeavon” from Utada Hikaru’s seventh album “Hatsukoi” released back in June.
