“Terrace House: Opening New Doors” – Whatever happened to Yuudai?

Many have wondered what happened to “Terrace House: Opening New Doors” member Arai Yuudai.

While his stint on the show caused more drama, he still made friends with the guys on the show and sure enough, Nakamura Takayuki went to visit him at his workplace at an Italian restaurant, Trattoria Riposo in Karuizawa.

Yes, Yuudai who lives in Tokyo, travels far to Nagano to work three days a week where the owner actually hooked him up with a room for him to stay in.

Taka also asks Yuudai if he ever got his driver’s license and Yuudai said he did after becoming frustrated that things between him and also former castmate Ami didn’t work out.

Yuudai prepared a pizza for Taka, who enjoyed it.  Taka explains to Yuudai that he heard from the owner that he is working hard and is helpful, so he was happy to hear that.

He was also happy to hear from Yuudai that he doesn’t use his father’s credit card anymore, especially after the criticism he received during his tenure on the show.

There was no mention on the clip that Yuudai joined an agency and is also pursuing modeling.

But that wasn’t the only reunion, Yuudai also posted photos with him and Haruta Mizuki at an event back in May
