Former SMAP member Kimura Takuya has a cameo appearance in the Nextflix drama “Jimmy~Aho Mitain Honma no Hanashi” (known internationally as “Jimmy: The True Story of a True Idiot”).
The drama is about how in the 1980s, a simple-minded fool named Onishi Hideaki met comedy legend Sanma, and changed his name to Jimmy and becomes a comedic superstar.
The drama which was produced by Akashiya Sanma is based on comedian Onishi Jimmy.
A preview of the drama was held in Osaka on the 14th in front of an audience.
The cameo appearance of KimuTaku is a scene with actor Tamayama Tetsuji. It’s a non-speaking cameo appearance but nevertheless, the scenes received shouts of joy from audience members.
