PV for AKB48’s “Sentimental Rain” is released on YouTube

On September 19th, AKB48’s 53rd single “Sentimental Train” will be released.  And the new music video has been released on YouTube:

The song will be featuring the top 12 of those who were voted in the Senbatsu Sousenkyo but because SKE48’s Matsui Jurina (who won #1) is not taking part in any activity due to health precautions, the single will be the first to feature a song and music video without the primary center.  #2 Suda Kaori of SKE48 and #3 Miyawaki Sakura of HKT48 are pretty much taking the charge without a center for the television performances and for the music video for “Sentimental train”.

During the making of the song and music video, the production schedule was adjusted just in case that Matsui Jurina returned but unfortunately, because she is unable to return, they had no choice but to re-record and re-edit the sound source and also the music video.  Matsui Jurina’s scenes were included as sketches and other sections were adjusted to showcase the missing center in some way.
