Artists for the 69th NHK Kouhaku Uta Gassen has been announced

The artists lineup for the 69th annual Kouhaku Uta Gassen (Red/White Battle on New Year’s Eve) was announced:

One can expect to see AKB48, Keyakizaka46, Nogizaka46, Superfly, Nishino Kana, Perfume, MISIA, Little Glee Monster, Matsuda Seiko, aiko and Matsutoya Yumi to perform (and many others for Team Red).

For the men, one can expect to see Arashi, SEKAI NO OWARI, Sexy Zone, DA PUMP, Hey! Say JUMP, Yuzu, Sandaime J Soul Brothers to perform and many more for team white!

First time artists for the women’s team (Red) include Aimiyon, DAOKO and TWICE will be returning for a second year.

For the men’s team white), King & Prince, Suchmos, Jyunretsu and YOSHIKI feat. HYDE will be making their first debut.

Another surprise announcement was that the Love Love! Sunshine!! group Aquours and Touken Ranbu performances at Kouhaku Uta Gassen.
