Actress Kitagawa Keiko and rocker DAIGO were selected as “Best Couple of the Heisei Era” according to Wedding Park Co., Ltd.
The couple’s selection were voted among 415 married men and women in their 20’s through 50s who were married in the Heisei era.
DAIGO and Kitagawa Keiko received 141 votes, Hiromi and Matsumoto Iyo came in second with 90 votes, wrestlers Sasaki Kensuke and Hokuto Akira were third with 78 votes which was tied with New York Yankees pitcher Tanaka Masahiro and singer/model Satoda Mai.
