AKS has filed a lawsuit against the two assailants who assaulted NGT48 member Yamaguchi Maho back in early December.
It appears the two men did not respond to the third party committee established by AKS and are hoping to clarify the matter in court.
Fans commented on social media, surprised about the timing and posting that “it’s a little late” because Yamaguchi Maho is graduating from NGT48.
Legal professionals feeling that with AKS filing a lawsuit, the two assailants will be forced to go to court and also settle the matter if members of NGT48 were involved.
