(SPOILER ALERT) My thoughts on "TERRACE HOUSE TOKYO 2019-2020" - EPISODE 1 - The Introduction Episode

The latest “Terrace House” has made its premiere and with the TOKYO 2020 OLYMPICS vibe in the city, it’s awesome to see the series return back to Tokyo (Setagaya ward) with “TERRACE HOUSE 2019-2020”.

The biggest difference is that the people in the house are not driving VW’s or Toyota’s, they are now driving Jaguars! WOW!

And the house itself, this is probably the best looking Terrace House yet! LUCKY!

In the first episode, for the men, we are introduced to Yoshihara Kenji aka Kenny who is the musician and vocalist for SPiCYSOL.

Matsuzaki Shohei just came back from Taiwan and he is looking for a job.

Nishinoriri Ruka works at Murasaki Sports.

For the women, we are introduced to illustrator Watanabe Kaori, actress Okuyama Haruka and fitness trainer Tanabe Risako.

Haruka is very interesting because she was a teen actress who was busy working, but a disagreement with her agency, she was forced to change her name. She is an interesting character, but one that may throw off the balance of the Terrace House. I could be wrong, but she’s one to keep your eyes on.

The same can be said for Ruka, he’s too obvious around women… Will have to see what happens with him overtime.
