Control of NMB48 transferred from KYORAKU YOSHIMOTO to AKS

Since NMB48 debuted back in 2011, we have seen the KYORAKU YOSHIMOTO logo on NMB48 products.

But on June 1st, the operating rights of NMB48 has transferred to AKS, the operating company of AKB48, HKT48, NGT48 and Japanese operations for IZ*ONE.  Last year, AKS sold 80% of their shares of SKE48 to KeyHolder Co., Ltd.

KYORAKU YOSHIMOTO has had the rights to NMB48 since 2010 and business was conducted through their subsidiary Showtitle Co., Ltd.
