Kyary Pamyu Pamyu – “When did Halloween in Shibuya get this bad?”

Pop star Kyary Pamyu Pamyu was shocked to see the large crowd during Halloween in Shibuya.

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu wrote, “I happened to go to Shibuya on the way home and I was watching the younger people, when did Halloween get so bad? It’s a mess that you can get around and people are playing EDM with explosive sounds. Go to the club! I really don’t know!!!”

KPP continued, “I couldn’t get out of Shibuya by car for an hour…because of Halloween”.

Meanwhile, Hasebe Ken, the mayor Shibuya Ward was interviewed on November 1st and he said this year’s Halloween was “The safest Halloween in the last few years.  I am relieved to be honest”.
