“Chibi Maruko-chan” 30th anniversary special to air on January 19th

 

The “Chibi Maruko-chan” 30th anniversary special will be broadcasting on January 19th at 18:00.

“Chibi Maruko-chan” began serializing in Shueisha’s “Ribon” (a female manga magazine) back in 1986 and the anime has been broadcasted on television since 1990.

The special will be one hour long and will feature a double feature plus the result of the character popularity vote and a collection of famous scenes.
