HIKARU takes his fukuburo (lucky bags) to the manager to assess them

As we have covered fukubukuro earlier in the year, most of the time, inside these mysterious lucky bags, there are something awesome and a few times, things that are not that awesome.

For YouTuber Hikaru, he purchased a lot of fukubukuro and took it to the manager of a hobby shop in Osaka he often visits (and features on YouTube) to assess them.
