Okamura Takashi talks about Higashide/Karata affair on his All Night Nippon radio show, some listeners were not impressed

Okamura Takashi of the comedy duo Ninety-nine commented on the Higashide Masahiro and Karata Erika affair on his radio show “Okamura Takashi no All Night Nippon” and some listeners were not so happy with his comments.

Okamura discussed how he is surprised and how scary about the magnitude of the public response towards the affair.  Okamura said, “Are people in the world are not allowed?  It’s not a violation of a major rules, but as a couples rule”.

As for Higashide’s affair, Okamura said, “I don’t think it’s shameful. Higashide-kun is very cool and there is no problems when we worked together.  It’s very natural and I don’t feel unpleasant about it at all”.

Okamura then said, “How many ordinary people in the world are having an affair? (Okamura stopped himself in saying that since they have no Bunshun following them around).   I’m guessing there are a good number of people who are having affairs”.

I can understand now why Okamura is still not married.

Isn’t it just a couple’s rule and not a violation of the rules around me?

Okamura-san, please don’t get married in your lifetime if you have that attitude towards affairs.  Don’t get married to a woman who doesn’t get angry with you when you cross the line.
