TV Tokyo sets plan to have their staff to work from home after April 21st

TV Tokyo Holdings announced that it will have many of their employees working at home starting on April 21st.

Due to the spread of the novel coronavirus, TV Tokyo and BS TV Tokyo have requested for employees if they want to voluntarily take days off but the average employee participation rate was about 17%, less than the 20% the company was targeting.

To continue to respond to the demands of preventing the spread of infection, after April 21st, TV Tokyo will strengthen their plans for employees to work at home and create a long-term BCP (Business Continuity Plan) system, which includes work rotations, improving the efficiency of working with paperwork at home.
