Bobby Ologun was released by police

Bobby Ologun  was released from custody of Saitama Prefectural Urawa Police Station.

Ologun has denied the charges of domestic abuse but his wife spoke to media on Sunday, telling media that she has been abused by Ologun for many years.

A large number of media gathered in front of Urawa Station and Bobby and his manager bowed for three seconds in front of the cameras.

His manager speaking for Ologun said of his client, “He is sorry for causing trouble to his wife and all the people involved”.

Ologun is suspected of hitting his wife’s face with his fingers at his home in Saitama City at 11:50 a.m. on May 16th.  He was arrested by police who rushed to the family home when his wife called emergency services.  Police said Ologun has denied the charge. Police said his wife was not seriously injured.

His wife told police that her husband struck her after she scolded him for opening a letter addressed to her.
