NMB48 Yamada Suzu announced she is graduating, wants to pursue acting

NMB48 member Yamada Suzu (18) announced on Sept. 29th that she will be graduating from NMB48 at her solo performance held at NMB48 Theater in Osaka.

Yamada said on the NMB48 blog, “As I said at last year’s birthday festival, I want to be an actress.  For that reason, I want to learn little by little and graduate from NMB48.  Although the graduation time is undecided, I will perform at all the concerts in October and participate in three performances on October 23-24.  I have only a short period, but I will do my best to the end, so please support me until the end”.

Yamada joined NMB48 as a fifth-year student in 2016.  After being promoted, she became the co-captain of Team B2.  Yamada’s older sister Yamada Nana, graduated from NMB48 in 2015.
