Yamaguchi Tatsuya’s ex-wife comes out to announce facts and dispel any rumors

Former TOKIO member Yamaguchi Tatsuya (48) was arrested on September 22nd for drunk driving and his ex-wife sent a message to the Fuji TV program “Viking MORE”.

Yamaguchi and his ex-wife were married from March 2008 to August 2016, they had two children together.

The ex-wife wrote, “I am very sorry for making noise in this manner.  On the other hand, the fact that there is news being written on the Internet and shown on TV are completely unfounded.  To be honest, my heart hurts and I can’t help it and there are people who also are hurt”.

It was said that alcohol was one of the causes of our divorce.

She wrote, “I felt that not only alcohol but also mental and physical illnesses, regardless of occupation or position, can not be cured unless the world and environment acknowledges it in the world. Rather than criticize or place speculation on people, a person or on various things, I fell that it is necessary for the families to be in a position to understand.  For all children who will grow up in the future, in an era of information overflowing from one after the other, we criticize someone and constantly measure superiority and inferiority be comparing ourselves with others and go back and forth between anxiety and peace of mind.  As a mother with two sons, based on my experience, not as a way of life, but as a way of thinking that affirms oneself and others, and a future where everyone can encourage each other.  I hope to contribute in the world in that way”.
